My Mission is to remind Humanity to Embody their own Sovereignty, Connection to Great Spirit and Optimal Health & Wellness.
At twenty-two, Alivia found the profound courage to break the cycle of domestic violence and trauma that had stifled her voice. While these early experiences once defined her world, they ultimately became the catalyst for a radical spiritual awakening. Through dedicated inner work and mastery of the healing arts, she has transcended the role of survivor to become a celebrated mentor, healer, and thriver.
Originally from New York City, Alivia’s journey led her West, where she spent years exploring and unknowingly training alongside other Earth Volunteers. This pivotal chapter marked the activation of her soul’s mission: securing vital portals and performing planetary grid work. By clearing lands burdened by the echoes of war and trauma consciousness, she stepped into her role as ‘boots on the ground’ – working silently to raise the Earth’s vibration and anchor the frequency of benevolent light in the ongoing transition for planetary sovereignty.
Alivia’s literary journey began years ago while living part-time in a Mongolian yurt in the shadow of Mount Shasta, California. It was there that she birthed her first book, while living and grounding in the frequency of the mountain’s high-alpine codes.
Beyond her writing, Alivia is a nature-loving mother of two adult children and the guardian of two feline companions. As a certified herbalist, energy healing facilitator, and mentor, she founded Sacred Grove Alchemy & Wellness, LLC, a sanctuary where she holds sacred space for transformation. Her work integrates a diverse tapestry of modalities—including Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT), Sacred Activations, and Reiki—alongside the wisdom of herbal medicine and yoga. An avid gardener at heart, Alivia finds her greatest joy in the soil of the high desert, teaching others how to cultivate their own food and sovereignty, no matter where they call home.
